Accounts/trials: 24 months after last activity (unless legal obligation).
Logs: 6 months (security); anonymized aggregates kept longer.
No consent-based cookies: We do not operate analytics/advertising cookies on akios.ai. If we introduce optional features requiring consent (e.g., newsletter), we will update this policy.

Hosting, CDN, email, error tracking. GDPR-compliant contracts (SCC if transfer outside EU/EEA). Data minimized.
